Physical Therapist Outpatient Job in Olney, MD

MedStar Health Physical Therapy in Olney, Maryland is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient rehabilitation services. This is a 91-day travel assignment starting June 22, 2026, with weekly pay of $2,161.44.

Schedule and Expectations

• Work 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday
• Rotating start times: two 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM shifts, two 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM shifts, and Friday 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Patient ratio of 2 patients during day shifts
• Treat adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients across orthopedic and neurology conditions
• 40 hours of orientation required

Required Qualifications

• Maryland Physical Therapist License
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience
• Completed at least 1 prior travel assignment
• Outpatient clinic experience required
• Orthopedic experience required
• Current flu vaccination with no exemptions

Preferred Qualifications

• LSVT BIG Certification
• Neurology therapist experience

Clinical Experience

You will manage patient cases including ankle sprains, cervicalgia, degenerative disc disease, knee injuries, low back pain, post-operative rehabilitation, and spinal conditions. Experience treating both orthopedic and neurology patients is ideal.

• One pre-approved time off request allowed during the assignment
• Two supervisory references required, including one from your most recent assignment
