PACU RN Job in Fort Mill, SC

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a registered nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) at Fort Mill Hospital – Piedmont in Fort Mill, SC.

Assignment Details:

• Schedule: 3 shifts of 12 hours, days (0700–1930)
• Duration: 91 days, starting June 15, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,332.80

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients each shift
• Provide unit-level nursing care and clinical supervision
• Supervise staff and delegate appropriate care responsibilities
• Support the facility Chief Nursing Officer in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Maintain competency of clinical staff
• Manage resources appropriate to patient care needs

This position places you in a post-anesthesia care setting where you will work alongside an experienced clinical team. You will be responsible for monitoring patients during recovery from anesthesia, managing pain and nausea, and ensuring safe transitions to the next level of care. Your expertise in PACU nursing and your ability to work effectively within a structured healthcare environment are essential to this role.

You must hold an active RN license in South Carolina. This is a hands-on clinical position requiring strong assessment skills, attention to detail, and the ability to respond quickly to changing patient conditions.
