MRI Technologist Job in Corpus Christi, TX

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking an MRI Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment at CHRISTUS Spohn Hospital Corpus Christi Shoreline in Corpus Christi, Texas. This is a great opportunity to expand your clinical experience in a dynamic imaging environment.

Assignment Details

• 16-hour day shifts working Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM
• On-call coverage Saturday and Sunday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Start date: June 29, 2026
• Duration: 91 days

Role Responsibilities

• Perform routine and advanced MRI imaging procedures
• Provide support to other imaging technologists as needed
• Conduct basic MRI patient and employee screening
• Troubleshoot basic equipment maintenance and participate in quality assurance
• Resolve issues related to image processing and archiving systems
• Ensure completed exams are properly scanned and stored in PACS
• Follow PACS downtime procedures as a PACS Superuser
• Demonstrate flexibility by working additional shifts and rotating between hospital campuses as required

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technology program or approved equivalent
• Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR) certification from ARRT or ARMRIT
• Level I or Level II hospital experience required
• BLS certification from American Heart Association (AHA only)
• Basic computer experience
• 1 year of experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
