X-Ray Technician

Opportunity:

Technologist - X-Ray

Job Details:

• Work in diagnostic imaging department performing various X-ray procedures
• Weekend rotation with on-call schedule responsibilities
• Required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)
• Minimum 24 months of X-Ray experience in clinic or hospital setting required
• Strong Operating Room competency and experience required
• Equipment experience required: GE OEC c-arm equipment
• Equipment experience highly preferred: Phillips Diagnostic, Siemens Cysto
• Equipment experience preferred: Carestream portables, Fluoro procedures
• Work with various imaging equipment including Phillips Diagnostic, Carestream, Hologic breast machine, Siemens Cysto, GE OEC c-arms, and Toshiba Fluoro equipment
• Average of 100 daily patient scans per day for all technologists
• EMR system: EPIC
• Required certifications: ARRT, BLS (AHA or American Red Cross)
• Iowa radiology license highly preferred (will accept non-licensed candidates who must apply for license upon acceptance)
• First time travelers welcome with required experience
