Job Details:

• Day shifts run from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM and night shifts run from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• Required scrub color: Ceil blue or white for RN staff
• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care has been delegated
• Support facility nursing leadership to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Ensure competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care
• Responsible for unit-level accountability and clinical oversight
