Opportunity:

Ultrasound Tech - Ultrasound Tech

Job Details:

• Work 4 x 10-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday (off on Wednesdays)
• Daily case load of 8-10 patients working out of one room
• 40 hours per week available
• No call requirement, no float requirement, and no weekend requirement
• Will function as a solo sonographer - must be strong and confident working independently
• Perform scans including Dating, BPP, Growth, AFI, GYN, Pelvic Mass, abnormal endometrium, Biometry, crown rump length, and Pelvic
• Work in a high-risk OB/GYN residency clinic setting
• Required work settings skills: Adult, High Risk OB, and Obstetrics
• Required fetal skills: Abdomen, Abdominal Circumference, Bone lengths, Cerebellum, Ventricles, Diaphragm, Duodenal Atresia/Intussusception, Fingers/Toes, Gender, Head, and Heart
• Required OB/GYN skills: 1st-3rd Trimester, Amniotic fluid index, Fetal Anatomical Survey, Multiple pregnancy, and Placenta Previa
• Required professional knowledge: Management/lead experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience required - first-time travelers will not be accepted
• Travel experience required
• Epic charting system experience required; Viewpoint also used
• Special equipment: GE ultrasound machines
• Scrubs: Royal Blue (not provided)
• Required certifications: BLS, ARDMS, and ARDMS OB/GYN
• Preferred certifications: ARDMS-AB, ARDMS-FE, and NT Nuchal Translucency
• Preferred skills: Experience with portables, general ultrasound procedures, amniocentesis, UA Doppler, Maternal Fetal Medicine, Fetal Echo, Inter/Intra-Orbital Measurements, Nuchal Translucency Screen, Umbilical Cord Doppler, and outpatient setting experience
