Job Details:

• Function as a member of a surgical team dedicated to supporting high-quality care and service to patients, physicians, and associates
• Scrub for and assist in various types of surgical procedures
• Provide necessary instrumentation, supplies, and equipment for operations
• Assist in nursing care activities under the direction of a Registered Nurse
• Support the Labor and Delivery (L&D) department to ensure safe patient care and meet daily unit needs
• Perform duties of a scrub technician and provide direct patient care
• Stock operating rooms, labor rooms, triage, and post-anesthesia care unit (PACU)
• Work in an acute care setting
• Chart using EPIC system
• No call-off policy with 14 days written cancellation notice required
• Required certifications: BLS Certification and Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) via NBSTSA
