Med Surg RN Job in Nacogdoches, TX

Join Nacogdoches Medical Center as a Med Surg RN on a 10–13 week travel assignment. You will provide direct clinical care to assigned patients, assessing their needs, planning interventions, and implementing care on a per-shift basis. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver unit-level patient care and supervision to assigned patients
• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care based on individual patient needs
• Delegate appropriate care to staff and supervise those delegated tasks
• Support the facility's Chief Nursing Officer in maintaining high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care standards
• Maintain clinical competency of staff under your supervision
• Manage resources related to patient care efficiently and effectively

• Weekly Pay: $1,684.80

Human Resources is located behind the hospital in the only 2-story office building on campus, 1st floor, Suite 107. Plan to check in there on your first day.
