Opportunity:

PT - Physical Therapist

Job Details:

• Work 4 days per week in outpatient clinic and 1 day per week in acute care setting
• Float within same discipline across local campuses as needed
• Contribute professional and clinical knowledge as member of interdisciplinary team
• 16 hours of non-billable orientation required
• Orientation schedule: Weekly, every Monday
• Work 36-48 hours per week with overtime billable after 40 hours (36-40 hrs/week) or 48 hours (48 hrs/week)
• Required to work 1-2 of 3 summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)
• Optional weekend acute care coverage available (Saturday 7:00 AM-12:00 PM and Sunday 7:00 AM-11:00 AM)
• On-call responsibilities for ortho, neuro, and safety discharge patients
• At least 1 year of Physical Therapist experience required
• Travel contract experience preferred
• Outpatient experience required; inpatient experience preferred
• EPIC EMR experience required
• BLS certification required
• Iowa state license required
• Must have taxable address more than 60 miles from facility
