Sleep Tech - Polysomnographer

Job Details:

• Perform patient set-ups for overnight sleep testing
• Record overnight polysomnographic (PSG) and video recordings of patient's sleep activity for diagnostic evaluation
• Communicate and coordinate activities with Sleep Lab Section leader/supervisor
• Administer sleep medications per established policy
• Graduate from an American Medical Association (AMA) approved college program or one year experience in polysomnography, neurodiagnostics or respiratory therapy required
• Current unencumbered Oregon Polysomnographic Technologist (PSGT) License required upon submission
• Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) through the BRPT required
• Healthcare Provider BLS certification required
• Work overnight shifts conducting comprehensive sleep studies and monitoring
