Nuclear Medicine Technologist Job in Bloomington, IN

IU Health Bloomington Hospital is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment. You will work in a 3-room nuclear medicine unit serving inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department patients, seeing approximately 13–15 patients per day.

Position Details

• Schedule: 4x10 days with block scheduling; weeknight and weekend call required
• Weekly pay: $2,822.40
• Start date: July 14, 2026
• 32 hours of orientation provided
• 100% floating required—may float within the hospital or to nearby affiliate hospitals

Requirements

• Current BLS and either ARRT N or NMTCB certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• IV start skills required
• Required procedure experience: Cardiac, Bone Scan, Liver/Spleen Scan, Lung Scan, Thyroid Studies, Tumor Localization, Myocardial
• Preferred procedure experience: Brain Scan, Renal Flow, SPECT
• Experience working with adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients
• Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays
• Previous charge experience preferred

• Equipment: Siemens preferred
• Patient ratios: 3 during day shifts
• Hours may vary depending on workload
