RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Three 12-hour shifts per week with 48-hour guarantee consideration
• Work 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule
• Float pool position requiring willingness to float between multiple departments and facilities
• Must have telemetry experience to apply
• 2+ years of nursing experience required
• Patient ratio of 6:1
• Required certifications: AZ license, BLS, ACLS
• Any color scrubs acceptable
• Cerner EMR system experience required
• Provide patient care utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment for safe care delivery
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education
• Delegate patient care priorities and provide supervision of assigned personnel
• 13-week assignment duration with ASAP start preferred within 2 weeks of offer acceptance
