Job Details:

• Firm start date of 6/15 with phone/text interviews from 405 area code
• Work as member of interdisciplinary team providing professional/clinical knowledge and skills
• May be required to float within same discipline across local campuses
• 16 hours NBO (need by offer)
• EMR system: EPIC experience required
• Billable OT after 40 hours per week (36-40 hrs/week) or after 48 hours (48 hrs/week)
• Summer holiday requirement: must work 1-2 of 3 holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)
• Orientation schedule every Monday
• Minimum 1 year previous experience required
• At least 1 travel contract completed preferred
• Iowa state license required
• Must not be UnityPoint employee in last 12 months
• Company car issued
• BLS certification required
• Must have taxable address outside of 50 miles from facility (except Madison with 10% rate reduction for locals)
• Skills checklist must be completed within 1 year of submission
• Supervisory reference required at time of submission
