CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Specific workdays to be determined once Program Director is established
• Weekend coverage required, dependent upon established workday schedule
• No on-call requirements
• No floating required between units or sister facilities
• Multimodality Tech position (CT/X-Ray) with additional duties to assist with operations within the ED/UC
• Contract begins June 1st at MUSC Health Columbia Downtown facility for approximately 2 weeks
• Transition to new MUSC Health Emergency and Urgent Care Garners Ferry facility on June 17th for remainder of contract
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT (CT) (R), SCRQSA (CT) (R)
• Radiation badge required and must be provided by agency
• Scrub colors: Black and Teal
• Epic charting system
• Free parking with pass distributed at start date
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
• Care for adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients
• Local radius is 60 miles with locals accepted on case-by-case basis
• Required skills include various CT procedures, contrast administration, IV starts, and venipuncture
• Must be aware of hurricane season emergency response team assignments from June through November
