OT (Occupational Therapist)

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• Outpatient care setting focusing primarily on orthopedic patients
• Occasional neurological cases but orthopedic experience is the primary need
• 12 hours of non-billable orientation required
• Cancellation policy allows equivalent of 12 hours every 13 weeks with no penalty
• Must hold Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active Illinois state license required
• BLS certification required
• CPR certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire
• Valid driver's license required for those providing driving evaluations
• Use EPIC charting system
• Must pass drug screening as facility maintains drug-free campus policy
• Assist patients in restoration of occupational function through evaluation and treatment
• Perform examination and evaluation of patients' occupational and functional status
• Establish therapy goals and formulate treatment plans
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills required
• Excellent computer skills and ability to process detailed information accurately
