Occupational Therapist Job in Monmouth, IL

OSF Holy Family Medical Center in Monmouth, IL is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a 91-day travel assignment. You'll work Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, in an outpatient care setting with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation and occasional neurological cases.

Your Role

You will evaluate and treat patients to restore occupational function and independence. Your responsibilities include conducting patient examinations, assessing occupational and functional status, establishing therapy goals, and developing individualized treatment plans. You'll use the EPIC charting system and document patient progress with strong written and oral communication.

Requirements

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active Illinois state license
• BLS certification
• CPR certification (must be obtained within 90 days of hire)
• Valid driver's license if providing driving evaluations
• Ability to pass drug screening
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail

Assignment Details

This assignment includes 12 hours of non-billable orientation. The cancellation policy allows the equivalent of 12 hours off every 13 weeks with no penalty. You'll earn $2,774 per week on a 5x8 day schedule, beginning May 11, 2026.
