RN - CICU

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on a variable schedule
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience within cardiac ICU specialty required
• Required certifications: AHA BLS and ACLS
• Preferred certifications: CCRN and NIH certification
• Provide specialized care for patients undergoing open heart, vascular, and thoracic surgeries
• Operate special equipment including intra-aortic balloon pumps, Impella, CRRT, and epicardial pacemakers
• Work in a highly specialized 20-bed cardiac care unit
• Must work 2 major holidays out of the following 3: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day
• Must work 1 minor holiday from the following: the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve
• No local candidates within 50 miles will be considered
