Ob/Gyn Sonographer Job in Mountain View, CA

Join Sutter Health Mountain View Maternal and Fetal Medicine as an Ultrasound Tech performing diagnostic imaging for high-risk pregnancy patients. You'll work 5 x 8-hour day shifts from 7:45 AM to 4:45 PM with variable days off, seeing approximately 8 patients per shift.

Your responsibilities include:

• Perform routine and specialized obstetric sonography across all trimesters (1st, 2nd, and 3rd)
• Execute scan types including Nuchal Translucency (NT), Biophysical Profile (BPP), Detailed Level II, multiple gestations, umbilical artery doppler, middle cerebral artery doppler, and transvaginal imaging
• Produce quality diagnostic images supporting physician diagnosis, treatment monitoring, and disease prevention
• Document patient information and imaging findings in the Epic charting system
• Demonstrate competency in fetal anatomical survey, amniotic fluid index assessment, and high-risk obstetric imaging

Required Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program (waiver available with active ARDMS certificate)
• Minimum 2 years of ultrasound experience; 3+ years in obstetric ultrasound preferred
• Travel healthcare experience required
• Current certifications: ARDMS FE, ARDMS OB/GYN, and BLS
• Proficiency with GE ultrasound equipment

You'll leverage expertise in maternal fetal medicine, high-risk OB, nuchal translucency screening, and placenta previa assessment to support patient care at this specialty maternal and fetal medicine center.

Assignment Details: 91-day travel assignment beginning October 26, 2026. Weekly pay: $2,912.
