PCU RN Travel Job in Sebring, FL

You will work as an RN in our Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at our Sebring facility. This is a 90-day travel assignment starting September 8, 2026, offering you the chance to expand your nursing skills in a dynamic care environment.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the PCU setting with a focus on step-down acuity levels
• Work 12-hour day shifts on a schedule that includes every other weekend rotations
• Float within the hospital to other units that care for PCU patients, including the ED holding area
• Occasionally cover multiple campuses, including Lake Placid and Wauchula locations (rare assignments)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation

Requirements

• Current RN licensure
• National certification required
• Ability to adapt to floating assignments across units and locations
• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
