Job Details:

• Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• Days during the week will vary depending on the needs of the unit and a block schedule cannot be offered
• No on-call responsibilities
• No weekend shifts required
• Float between OR rooms within the same location as needed
• Travelers will take four late stays during a 13-week contract, with late stays rarely exceeding one hour past normal end time
• Work in a Main OR Float Pool within a 1,000+ bed hospital featuring a 17-bed OR (inpatient and outpatient) and 5 procedural rooms
• Level 1 trauma facility
• Handle all case types including neuro, trauma, general, ortho, GYN, urology, ENT, plastics, cardiothoracic, vascular, transplant (liver, renal, pancreas), robotic, hybrid rooms (cysto, bronch, and lead extraction), ambulatory ortho, burn, and hepatic-biliary
• Patient population is adult only; pediatric OR is a separate location
• Minimum 2 years of OR experience required
• Required certifications: BLS
