ED Registered Nurse Job in Tucson, Arizona

Northwest Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Emergency Department. You will work a 3x12 night schedule (36 hours per week), with shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide emergency room patient care utilizing the Nursing Process
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment in patient care decisions
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education
• Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience
• Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel
• Work in a 38-bed emergency department supporting Trauma Level III, Stroke Receiving, and STEMI Receiving services
• Float to other departments as needed

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Cerner EMR experience required
• Black scrubs required for dress code
• NIH certification recommended but not required
• Charge nurse experience preferred (additional $3/hour)

Position Details:

• Start date: May 4, 2026
• Weekly pay: $1,971
• Must be able to start within 2 weeks of offer acceptance
