Opportunity:

Cardiovascular Technologist - CVOR Tech

Job Details:

• Variable day shifts Monday through Friday
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week contract
• Weekend on-call required with 30-minute response time - must be ready and in the OR within 30 minutes
• May occasionally be required for additional mandated call
• Weekends as needed with holiday rotation
• May be required to float to all Central Aspirus locations if needed
• Minimum 2+ years of CVOR experience required
• Prior travel experience required
• Cardiac and thoracic experience required, including thoracic robot experience
• Set up operative suites for patients and review case carts to ensure all supplies are available
• Scrub surgical cases across a variety of specialties and turn over rooms for multiple procedures throughout the day
• Work with 3 cardiothoracic surgeons performing approximately 50-60 cases per month
• Willingness to complete downtime tasks such as pulling case carts and cleaning
• Facility uses Epic charting
• Required certifications: BLS, CST license required - NBSTSA or NCCT accepted (AHA or ARC certifications required)
• Required education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate Degree or Certificate preferred
• Scrub colors: any color
• Must be flexible, motivated, resilient, and able to manage change well
