PACU RN Job in Great Falls, MT

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a registered nurse for a PACU (Post Anesthesia Care Unit) position at Great Falls Clinic Medical Center in Great Falls, Montana. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning September 25, 2026.

Role Overview

You will provide comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care in a dynamic surgical environment. Your responsibilities include recovering adult and pediatric patients from anesthesia, managing immediate post-operative complications, monitoring vital signs and patient status, and coordinating with surgical and anesthesia teams. You will also cover pre- and post-cardiac catheterization nursing duties and support procedural areas as needed.

You will work with patients across multiple specialties, including:

• Orthopedics
• Podiatry
• ENT
• Urology
• GYN
• General Surgery
• Plastics
• Endoscopy
• Ophthalmology
• Pre/Post Cardiac Catheterization

Schedule and Compensation

This position offers a 5x8 day shift schedule. You will earn $2,628 weekly. Flexibility with scheduling is essential, as on-call and holiday coverage are required.

Required Qualifications

You must hold an active RN license and current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS. Proficiency in recovering both adult and pediatric patients is essential. Experience in PACU or similar acute post-operative settings is expected.
