OR RN Job in Scottsbluff, NE

Regional West Medical Center in Scottsbluff, Nebraska is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN to join their surgical team on a 91-day travel assignment.

Role Overview

You will work in a fast-paced operating room environment, supporting surgical procedures and maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety. This role requires strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the broader surgical team.

Required Experience

• Orthopedic OR experience
• Neuro OR experience (Level 1 or 2)
• Demonstrated ability to meet consistent performance standards

Schedule

You will work 4 ten-hour shifts per week on a rotating schedule that includes weekday and weekend coverage. Call responsibilities include on-call duty every 4th to 5th weekend and one night per week of on-call coverage. You must be flexible and responsive to staffing needs.
