Radiology / Cardiology - Interventional Radiology

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday schedule
• Every other weekend coverage required unless specified elsewhere
• 10 call days per month required
• Average daily census of 8 patients
• Patient population includes adults to geriatrics
• Float within facility and scope of practice as needed
• BLS certification required
• 1 year minimum experience required; first-time travelers accepted
• Work with Epic, Pyxis, and PACS systems
• Scrubs provided by the facility
• Maximum 7 days requested time off allowed
• RTO blackout dates during Spring Break (April 4th-12th)
• Holiday work requirements: work one major holiday if one falls during assignment, work both if two fall during assignment, work two out of three if three fall during assignment
• Skills include accessing/managing ports, angioplasty, aortography, central venous access, EVAR, hybrid OR, interventional radiology procedures, PACS, special procedures, and TEVAR
• Full compliance required to start on time with 2-week pushback if not compliant
• Orientation hours determined by contract length
• Must complete modules during orientation (non-billable hours)
