Schedule & Logistics

• Rotating schedule: one night shift (6:00 PM to 6:00 AM) and two mid shifts (11:00 AM to 11:00 PM) per week
• Specific days for mid shifts to be confirmed upon placement
• No on-call responsibilities
• No floating between units
• No block scheduling or 48-hour shifts
• Holiday shifts rotated among staff

Role Requirements

• Current MLT (Medical Laboratory Technician) credential required
• Minimum 6 months of hands-on lab experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in: Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis, Blood Bank, Serology, Microbiology, and Chemistry
• Experience with Cerner EMR system
