MRI Technologist Job in Baltimore, MD

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is recruiting an MRI Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment at MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital in Baltimore, MD. You will work 3x12 night shifts from 4:00 PM to 4:30 AM, Sunday through Tuesday, with weekend shifts beginning Sunday evening.

Role Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures including brain, spine, abdomen, pelvis, and extremity imaging
• Operate Siemens MRI scanners with proficiency in surface coils, T-1 and T-2 weighted images, MIP, and multiplanar reconstruction
• Float between two locations overnight as assigned
• Maintain 1:1 patient ratio across all shifts
• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations
• Apply radiation safety protocols in all procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of MRI Tech experience within the last 7 years
• Completion of at least 1 prior travel assignment required
• Current BLS certification required
• ARRT MR, ARRT R, or ARMRIT certification preferred
• Demonstrated experience with Siemens MRI scanner systems
• Knowledge of MR angiography, MR venography, and MRCP procedures preferred
• Contrast media preparation and administration experience preferred
• Ability to start peripheral IVs preferred
• Cerner charting system experience preferred
• Community hospital experience preferred

Compensation

Weekly pay: $2,205. Assignment begins November 10, 2026.
