Telemetry RN Job in Tucson, AZ

You'll work as a Registered Nurse in a Telemetry float pool position at Northwest Medical Center in Tucson, Arizona. This role offers you the opportunity to provide direct patient care across multiple departments and four facilities, giving you broad clinical experience in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Your Shift & Schedule

• 3x12-hour night shifts per week (7:00 PM to 7:30 AM)
• 48-hour guarantee per scheduling cycle
• 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule
• 13-week assignment duration with a start date of June 22, 2026

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care using the Nursing Process in accordance with Arizona Nurse Practice Act standards
• Manage a patient ratio of 6:1
• Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership in your clinical work
• Delegate patient care priorities and supervise assigned personnel
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education
• Float between multiple departments as a member of the float pool

What We Need From You

• Active Arizona nursing license
• 2+ years of nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Cerner EMR experience
• Ability to work night shifts and weekend assignments
