Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available</p> <p><strong>Opportunity:</strong></p><p>PT - Physical Therapist</p><p><strong>Job Details:</strong></p><p>• Work in inpatient/outpatient rehabilitation setting at Critical Access hospital<br>• Flexible shift options: 8-hour days from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 10-hour days from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with one hour lunch<br>• New graduate candidates welcome<br>• Acute care experience preferred<br>• Inpatient/outpatient rehabilitation experience at Critical Access hospital ideal<br>• Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Wyoming<br>• Active BLS certification through American Heart Association required<br>• Complete skills checklist within one year of submittal<br>• Provide two professional references from past three years<br>• Complete competency exam with 80% passing score required<br>• Pre-employment physical within past 12 months required<br>• Various health screenings and vaccinations required including MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B<br>• Background check and drug screening required<br>• E-Verify documentation required</p><p><strong>Facility:</strong></p><p>This healthcare center is redefining rural healthcare by closing the gap to deliver innovative healthcare solutions that communities need most.
