Physical Therapist Job in Buffalo, WY

Johnson County Healthcare Center is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation team at this Critical Access hospital in Buffalo, WY. You will work on a 5x8 rotating schedule, with flexible shift options available: 8-hour days from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 10-hour days from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with one hour lunch.

About the Role

• Provide physical therapy services in both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation settings
• Work within a Critical Access hospital environment
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Acute care experience is preferred; inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation experience at a Critical Access hospital is ideal

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Wyoming
• Active BLS certification through American Heart Association
• Complete skills checklist within one year of hire
• Competency exam with minimum 80% passing score
• Two professional references from the past three years
• Pre-employment physical within the past 12 months
• Required health screenings and vaccinations, including MMR, Varicella, and Hepatitis B
• Background check and drug screening
• E-Verify documentation

Assignment Details

This is an 89-day travel assignment beginning May 4, 2026. You will earn $2,664 per week.
