Opportunity:

RN - Acute Care

Job Details:

• Float position supporting multiple units including Med Surg, Tele, Surg/Ortho, PCU, ER hold, ER, adult and geriatric psych, and inpatient rehab units
• 36 or 48 hours per week available
• Must have stepdown experience; critical care experience preferred
• Previous travel experience strongly preferred
• May be responsible for pediatric patients when floated to ER depending on experience
• 2 years of nursing experience required
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required; BSN preferred
• Current AR or Compact State RN license in good standing required
• BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS required with submission
• Cerner charting experience preferred
• Must be available to complete lab requirements within 72 hours of accepting offer
• Provide direct patient care and leadership within nursing team
• Utilize nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to promote evidence-based care
• Position is deemed safety sensitive in accordance with Arkansas Act 593
