ICU RN Job in Washington, MO

You'll work as an RN in our 19-bed ICU at Mercy Hospital Washington, caring for medical, basic cardiac, and neuro patients. This is a 91-day travel assignment starting May 26, 2026.

Schedule & Pay

• 3x12 night shifts with guaranteed 36 hours per week
• Weekend hours as needed; no call requirements
• $1,971 weekly pay

Your Role

You'll manage patient ratios of 2–3:1 and handle critical care responsibilities including post-stroke care, cardiac drip titration (Nitro, Cardizem, Amio, Esmolol), BiPAP management, and Airvos utilization. You'll recognize deteriorating patients, care for ventilated patients, and use the EPIC EMR system. Float assignments to Med Surg and Telemetry units are part of the role.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure with Missouri State Board of Nursing or Missouri temporary work permit
• 2+ years of nursing experience
• ACLS and BLS certifications with current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card
• Critical care and post-stroke care skills
• Ability to titrate cardiac drips and manage advanced respiratory support
• Medical calculation test preferred
