Telemetry RN Job in Mountain Home, AR

Baxter Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 91-day travel assignment in Mountain Home, AR. You will work 3x12 night shifts at $2,099.52 weekly, supporting acute care operations across multiple patient care areas.

Role Overview

As a float RN, you will provide direct patient care and clinical leadership across diverse units, including Med-Surg, Telemetry, Surgical/Orthopedic, PCU, ER hold, Emergency Room, adult and geriatric psychiatry, and inpatient rehabilitation. Your responsibilities include:

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans using the nursing process
• Deliver direct patient care for assigned patients on each assigned unit
• Provide nursing leadership and collaborate with the healthcare team
• Promote evidence-based practice through Shared Governance model
• May support pediatric patients in the ER depending on your experience

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years nursing experience
• Step-down unit experience required; critical care experience preferred
• Previous travel nursing experience strongly preferred
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN preferred
• Current Arkansas or Compact State RN license in good standing
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
• Cerner experience preferred
