Med Surg RN Job in Janesville, WI

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Med Surg RN for a travel assignment at Mercyhealth Hospital and Trauma Center in Janesville, WI. You'll work the Ortho/Neuro Unit on a 3x12 night schedule from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, with an assignment duration of 91 days starting April 7, 2026.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Weekly pay: $2,365.20
• 12-hour night shifts, three days per week
• Every other weekend and holiday schedule required

Your Role:

You will provide direct patient care using the nursing process while collaborating with interdisciplinary team members. Your responsibilities include administering prescribed medications and treatments according to approved protocols, developing and executing individualized patient care plans, and documenting patient care according to standards of care. You'll utilize critical thinking skills to support patient safety and may float to other units as needed.

You will also participate in department performance improvement activities and provide clinical expertise to support quality patient care outcomes.

Requirements:

• Current Wisconsin nursing license
• NIHSS certification
• CPR/BLS certification
• Experienced nursing background
• Education verification required
