MRI Tech - MRI Tech

Job Details:

• 8-hour alternating shifts: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM and 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• 40 hours per week available
• 13-week contract accepted
• No call requirement
• No float requirement
• No weekend requirement
• Scheduling based on clinic needs
• Minimum 3 years of experience required
• First-time travelers will not be accepted
• Prior travel experience required
• Required work setting skills: Adult Outpatient
• Required musculoskeletal skills: Hip/bony pelvis and Knee
• Required professional knowledge: Preparation and/or administration of contrast media
• Required spine skills: Cervical, Lumbar, Sacrum/coccyx, and Thoracic
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT MR
• Preferred skills: Radiation Safety and Starting Peripheral IVs
• Epic charting system experience required
• Special equipment: PACS is Visage; MRI units are Philips Ingenia 1.5T
• Patient population: Adults and Geriatrics
• Patient diagnoses: Spine only
• Average daily census: 25 patients; 2 rooms
• Scrubs not provided; Navy Blue required
