Surgical Technologist Job in Weston, FL

Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to join its surgical services team. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning September 15, 2026.

Role Overview

You will work in a 18-operating-room surgical suite serving adults and geriatric patients with a daily census of 55–60. Your responsibilities include assisting with a wide range of surgical procedures and maintaining proficiency with advanced equipment, including robotic surgery systems (Da Vinci Xi, Mako), laparoscopic-assisted cases, orthopedic procedures, spinal procedures, and general OR work. You will participate in training for students and new staff at this teaching facility and float within scope to meet facility needs and sister facilities as required.

Shift & Schedule

This position offers 4x10-hour day shifts with guaranteed 40 hours weekly. Shift options, on-call requirements, and weekend requirements will be discussed during your phone interview. Block scheduling is not available. All requested time off must be submitted at the time of application; requests added later will likely not be approved. Local candidates are accepted at the same rate.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of OR tech experience
• Current BLS certification
• NBSTSA and/or NCCT certification recommended
• First-time travelers accepted

Work Environment

You will use EPIC for charting and wear ceil blue scrubs. Free parking is available in any unrestricted space. The facility is a teaching hospital with robust surgical volume and case variety.

Compensation

Weekly pay is $1,704. This assignment runs for 91 days.
