Opportunity:

Technologist - Radiologic Technologist - X-Ray

Job Details:

• Perform a wide variety of technical radiologic procedures requiring independent judgment and ingenuity
• Apply appropriate skills independently to facilitate patient diagnoses
• Work in the operating room as required
• On-call responsibilities required
• Every other weekend schedule required with holiday coverage as needed
• Must work one holiday block if scheduled: Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and the weekend after, or New Year's Eve through New Year's Day and the weekend after
• Operate and troubleshoot CR, DR, and PACS applications
• Demonstrate proper operation of PACS, HIS, and RIS computer systems
• Practice infection control and body substance isolation in compliance with OSHA standards
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times
• Must have own vehicle for this assignment
• Minimum 2 years of experience required with at least 1 year of current experience
• Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred
• Required certifications: ARRT (R), BLS (AHA or ARC)
• Active Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist License required
• X-Ray Technologist skills checklist current within one year required
• 1 supervisory signed reference from within the past two years of employment required
