Occupational Therapist Job in Hugo, CO

Lincoln Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a 90-day travel assignment beginning July 6, 2026. You'll work a 10x4 days schedule at $2,391 weekly, delivering occupational therapy services across multiple care settings within a 60-mile radius of Hugo, Colorado.

Role Overview

This multi-modality position combines home health, outpatient, and acute care services. You will provide direct patient care in diverse environments, traveling between area facilities to support continuity of treatment. Your Monday through Friday day shift schedule offers the flexibility of 4-hour compressed shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy assessments and treatment planning across home health, outpatient, and inpatient settings
• Deliver evidence-based interventions for patients in post-operative recovery, sports injury rehabilitation, and geriatric care
• Travel between multiple facilities to serve patients in their homes and clinical settings
• Document patient progress and outcomes according to facility protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient functional outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapist credential (OT)
• Strong general occupational therapy experience
• Demonstrated experience in post-operative care, sports injury management, and geriatric populations
• Outpatient experience required
• Both outpatient and inpatient experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for facility-to-facility and home health travel
