Physical Therapist Outpatient Job in Crescent City, CA

Sutter Health Coast Hospital is seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time outpatient rehabilitation position. You will work 4x10 hour days and earn $2,812.32 weekly on a 91-day assignment beginning July 27, 2026.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assess, plan, and deliver rehabilitative programs that improve patient mobility, relieve pain, and increase strength
• Develop and update individualized patient Plans of Care based on evaluation data and diagnosis
• Complete patient evaluations and documentation per established standards and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate care with other providers and support team members
• Provide clinical supervision to therapy assistants and aides
• Serve as clinical instructor for assigned students
• Manage clerical tasks including phone support, appointment updates, and EHR documentation
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and inspect equipment per manufacturer guidelines
• Participate in quality improvement and interdisciplinary projects
• Provide inpatient coverage as needed based on census

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy graduate program
• Current California Physical Therapist License
• BLS Certification
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Epic charting system experience preferred
