Opportunity:

PT - Physical Therapist

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Treat 5-6 units per day (SOC=2, Discharge=1, Recert=1.5, Regular visit=1)
• Self-scheduling allowed with flexibility to move patients around according to area
• No weekend or holiday requirements
• Provide physical therapy services in home health setting
• Cover up to 8 counties with focus on Webster/Nicholas Counties preferred
• Treat patients with general orthopedic conditions (hips, knees), generalized weakness, strengthening needs, and cardiac rehabilitation
• Use Epic documentation system
• Required certifications: BLS Certification
• Must meet PT requirements for practicing in West Virginia
• Navy scrubs or khaki bottoms with navy polo required
• Orientation provided at Gassaway office tailored to clinician needs
• Cancellation policy allows 2 shifts per 13 weeks
• Must maintain open, positive attitude about learning systems and providing excellent patient care
