MRI Technologist Job in Tacoma, WA

St Joseph Medical Center in Tacoma, WA is seeking an MRI Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment. You will work night shifts on a 3x12 schedule, operating advanced imaging equipment in a fast-paced diagnostic setting.

Schedule & Shift Details

• 12.5-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Friday through Sunday schedule
• Limited on-call requirement
• First full week of orientation provided

Your Role

• Perform MRI neuro, body, and musculoskeletal (MSK) studies
• Operate Siemens TIMS Symphony and 3T Trio scanners across two MRI rooms
• Float between outpatient and inpatient areas as needed
• Average of 13 scans/studies per day
• Start IVs as required
• Utilize EPIC EMR and McKesson PACS systems for charting and imaging

Qualifications Required

• Minimum 2 years of MRI experience
• Current BLS certification
• Current ARRT-MRI certification
• Washington state license at time of submittal
