Med Surg RN Job in Natchez, MS

Merit Health Natchez is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week inpatient rehabilitation assignment. This is a day shift position working 3 days per week, 12-hour shifts from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM with weekend rotation.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for inpatient rehabilitation patients
• Assume charge nurse responsibilities as needed
• Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team
• Support patient recovery and functional goals throughout the rehabilitation process

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure
• BLS/CPR certification required
• 2+ years of Med Surg experience preferred, or relevant rehab experience
• Permanent address more than 50 miles from the facility
• Ability to take on leadership responsibilities when serving in a charge nurse capacity
