Cath Lab Technologist Job in Lafayette, IN

IU Health Arnett Hospital in Lafayette, Indiana is seeking a Cath Lab Technologist to join its Radiology and Cardiology department. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning August 17, 2026.

Position Details

• Alternating 4x10 hour day shifts: 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM or 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Guaranteed 40 hours per workweek
• Weekly pay: $3,194
• On-call required: 10–12 call shifts per month with 30-minute response time; call duration is 12–14 hours
• Must work 1 winter holiday
• Floating within the hospital and to affiliate hospitals is required

Experience and Credentials Required

• Minimum 1 year of experience in cardiac cath lab procedures
• Strong interventional experience including STEMI cases
• Scrub experience with TVARs, Watchman procedures, and ablations
• Certifications: ACLS, ARRT(R), BLS
• Indiana state license (pending license accepted if application submitted)
• 2 supervisor references required

Preferred Qualifications

• Electrophysiology (EP) procedure experience
• Experience with ablations, peripherals, and upper and lower extremity procedures
• Familiarity with Cerner charting system (McKesson experience a plus)
• Experience with Siemens X-Ray Systems

Key Skills and Procedures

You will perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization, hemodynamic monitoring, IABP placement and removal, Impella insertion, pacemaker insertion, PCI, PTCA, TAVR, left and right heart catheterization, cardiac ablation and mapping, rotablator atherectomy, vascular closure systems, and recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias.

Local travelers are accepted for this position. You must be available to begin on August 17, 2026, for a 91-day assignment.
