OR RN Job in Wichita, Kansas

Join Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas as a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room. This is a 91-day travel assignment with a start date of July 20, 2026. You will work three 12-hour day shifts per week from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, earning $1,971 weekly.

Role Responsibilities

• Maintain 1:1 patient ratios in the operating room
• Support advanced surgical procedures including orthopedics, gynecology, urology, cardiothoracic, vascular, plastics, spine, neurology, and trauma surgeries
• Work with advanced surgical equipment including TAVR, MAKO, and DaVinci robotic systems
• Provide strong communication and coordination with surgical staff and providers
• Respond to on-call requirements: 1 weeknight per week and 1 weekend per month with a 30-minute response time

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license
• Minimum 1 year of acute care OR RN hospital experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Familiarity with Meditech/CPN electronic medical records system

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DaVinci robotic surgery
• Background in orthopedic, neurology, or vascular nursing
• Prior Meditech experience
