CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work 4/10 schedule with shifts from 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM
• 13-week assignment duration
• Must be a graduate of an accredited AMA school and registered with ARRT
• Arizona state license required as a general radiographer
• CT License and BLS certification required
• Must be able to start IVs
• Demonstrate proficiency in routine diagnostic CT scanning procedures including CT of head/brain, neck, thorax, spine, abdomen/pelvis, extremities, and biopsy/drainage procedures
• Knowledge of CT system processing, surgical/sterile procedures, studies with or without contrast media, and cross-sectional anatomy required
• Work with three scanners: Philips 128 Ingenuity (ER scanner, primary for nights), Philips Brilliance 64, and Philips Big Bore 16
• Provide timely diagnostic services to both inpatients and outpatients under radiologist direction and departmental protocols
• Position available due to contractor replacement
