Job Details:

• Work in the Blue Hills FSED Emergency Department caring for high and low acuity patients
• Maintain 4:1 patient ratios in an 8-bed emergency department
• Required to work 4 weekend shifts per schedule
• Day shift includes 2 RNs and 1 EMT, with 2 mid-shift RNs
• Night shift includes 2 RNs
• Must be able to care for critically ill patients and have emergency department nursing experience
• Perform typical ED procedures including medication administration, critical patient care, and laboratory work
• Work with GE equipment and Meditech EMR system
• Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Required certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS, TNCC
• ENPC certification preferred
• Dress code requires navy blue scrubs
• No floating required
