ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel position at Bangs Nursing & Rehab in Bangs, TX. This is a day shift role offering 36 guaranteed hours per week, with a weekly pay of $2,628 over a 91-day assignment beginning June 15, 2026.

About the Role

As a Physical Therapist, you will provide comprehensive physical therapy services in a nursing and rehabilitation setting. You will work directly with patients who require rehabilitation and recovery services, assessing their conditions and developing appropriate, individualized treatment plans to support their functional recovery and independence.

Your Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and functional abilities to inform treatment planning
• Develop and implement appropriate physical therapy treatment plans
• Provide direct patient care and therapeutic interventions
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate, timely medical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members including nursing, occupational therapy, social work, and physician staff
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, facility policies, and professional licensing requirements
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient response and recovery progress
