Job Details:

• Schedule options: 5x8 hours (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM) or 4x10 hours (7:30 AM - 6:00 PM)
• Perform cardiac ultrasound evaluations and communicate acute findings to cardiologists
• Route studies for interpretation and obtain pertinent patient health history prior to examinations
• Prepare procedure rooms and equipment for daily use with timely and efficient room preparation between procedures
• Troubleshoot and identify equipment problems, reporting issues to appropriate supervisors
• May perform staff training and education duties
• Four (4) years of experience required
• Required education: Accredited Associate's Degree in Sonography, Radiology or related field OR completion of a twelve (12) month ultrasound program
• Required certifications: BLS certification and either RDCS certified through ARDMS OR RCS, ACS and RCCS certified through CCI
• English proficiency required (read, write, speak)
