Electrophysiology Lab

Job Details:

• Work four 10-hour shifts weekly from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM
• On-call assignment included with position
• Call requirements include 1-2 nights per week and every 4-5 weekends depending on staffing and department needs
• Weekend requirement is on-call
• Holiday requirement is on-call
• Nurse to patient ratio is 1:3 in the holding area and 1:1 during procedures
• Work in a 6-room unit with 9 pre/post bays
• See between 10-25 cases per day ranging from diagnostic procedures to complicated PCI and Structural Heart cases
• May be required to float between affiliated campuses or locations within the health system based on operational needs
• Float assignments may occur with limited notice including same-day adjustments
• Mileage between campuses is billable if instructed to report to an alternate campus after arriving at the originally scheduled location
• Minimum 5+ years of experience required
• Previous travel experience required
• Recommended certifications: ACLS, BLS, RCIS
