Opportunity:

PT - Physical Therapist Outpatient

Job Details:

• Work under general supervision delivering physical therapy services in outpatient setting
• Evaluate patient needs, determine goals, and develop treatment plans in accordance with Maryland Physical Therapy Practice Act
• Treat patients using appropriate therapeutic interventions
• Participate in team and interdisciplinary meetings
• Demonstrate competency in treating multiple patient populations within acute care setting including at least 1 high risk patient population
• Manage average caseload per productivity standards
• Demonstrate proficiency in treating at least 2 high risk patient populations per hour
• On call schedule to be determined by facility
• Weekend schedule to be determined by facility
• Required: 1+ years of current Physical Therapy/PT experience
• Required: BS, Masters, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• Required: Active Maryland Physical Therapist license
• Required: Active American Heart Association BLS certification
• Highly preferred: Acute care experience
• Must demonstrate excellent customer service skills and written/oral communication
• Ability to prioritize and schedule patients utilizing time efficiently
• Proficiency in EMR navigation and basic computer skills required
