ED RN Job in Kingwood, TX

You'll work as an RN in a 28-bed Emergency Department on the 1st floor of North Tower at HCA Houston Kingwood. This is a 13-week travel assignment running 3 shifts of 12 hours each during day hours (7 a.m. to 7 p.m.), with a start date of June 8, 2026.

About the Role

• Maintain 4:1 patient ratios in a fast-paced emergency setting
• Perform typical ED procedures including IV starts, blood draws, resuscitation, and EKGs
• Work with the Meditech EMR system
• Collaborate with charge nurses, RNs, technicians, and unit secretaries
• Required to work 4 weekend shifts per month
• No on-call responsibilities
• No floating to other units

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Acute emergency room experience required
• Trauma experience preferred
• Current certifications: TNCC, PALS, ACLS, and BLS

Compensation

Weekly pay is $1,708.20 for the 13-week assignment.
