OR Registered Nurse Job in Johnson City, TN

Johnson City Medical Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for its 18-room Operating Room. You will work three 12-hour shifts with every other weekend rotation, or choose a 7 on/7 off schedule. This is a 91-day travel position starting July 12, 2026, with weekly pay of $1,944.

Role and Responsibilities

You will provide direct patient care in a 1:1 ratio across all shifts and weekends. Your responsibilities include supporting patients from neonates through geriatrics, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team that includes IV specialists, physical therapy, respiratory services, radiology, and pharmacy. You are expected to actively participate in nursing student support and clinical education while delivering clinical care.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of operating room experience
• Experience in General OR, Pediatric General OR, and Trauma
• Current BLS (AHA) and ACLS certifications
• CNOR certification preferred
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Level 1 Trauma Center experience preferred
• Must reside at least 100 miles from Johnson City Medical Center
